SEQUOIA NP on the first day of spring

After all that exploring we earned an ice cream from the local institution Reimer's ... And experienced our first "kid in the candy store" moment!

We spent Sunday relaxing in our friends cabin in 3 River with their creek and their wildflowers.

A very memorable trip!

We found an off road and a great patch of wild flowers for mommy to "gorge on" !!!

Laurel became s Junior Ranger! We are so proud!

Continuing the trip #2

Little lady danced with a black bear!

Mommy shared the first time we both seen a frozen lake (thin ice, so we couldn't explore)

And we hugged a giant sequoia tree!

We made it to sequoia and 3 Rivers just in time to catch snow (icy) on the higher elevations

Laurel gets car sick with the switch backs. So she was upgraded to the front seat. Which made everyone happy - just too much cuteness!

We had a snow ball fight, decorated a found snowman (into a snow woman) and ran around with glee!
