Laurita nos vista!
Pasamos una noche muy amena con la visita de Laurita y unos guandules
con cerdito que Jeff nos preparo!
Laurel le preguntaba el nombre a Laurita, quien le respondía Laura, y
Laurel le decía no, what's your! name?
Le dio lucha entender que tenían nombres similares! Al final acepto
Laurita, pues es un poco mas distinto!

Chickens + Ikea
Saturday we stopped by to check out the chickens a neighbor has on our
way to "play hide and seek" at Ikea ;)

The Shield
We lived and loved that show.
Friday I stumbled upon one of the show's main character's wife.
Michelle Hicks, who played Mara the wife of Shane Vendrell (Walton
Goggins). They (Shane and Mara) made the ending of the show huge.
It was cool to see an "old friend who you never really liked". Even
though I was the only one there who got excited! ;)
And yes. Her nose is weird. And she looks unhappy still.

South Pasadena farmers market.
Thursday's there is a nice market 2 train stops away from la casita
It's also the night Jeff usually plays softball.
So we are trying to have our special night out.
We take the train and grab dinner.
Laurel's classmate Serenity and Mom come here too.
So we meet by the bubble man!
Feet. Pies. Paws.
This weekend there was a bit of exploration about our feet and there sizes.
We drew out our foot prints. Dads blue. Mom orange. Laurel pink. Negrito green.
That's the family footprint!

Up and down the street
Our new neighbors at the end of the street are cool. Last weekend we
had impromptu play dates. Back to back!

Hale's Meadow
My boss Bob Hale asked me to help him in his garden for his new
residence. His landscape wishes were very dear to me. As he was
trying to have a wild meadow and fruit trees. On a low budget. Just
what I've done at home. But my budget has been even lower!
The hydro seeded meadow is growing in well. Fruit trees will be added
in the winter when they are bare root, best time.
The second level screen has cut outs of the word "love" in Hebrew.
Over and over again. And wraps the 4 faces of the house. Guess you
could say they are wrapped with love!
