What a day!

This morning we all slept in a bit.
At 735 I realized we had a podiatrist appointment for laurel at 8 am!

I took a quick jump in the shower, jeff woke her up and in tears we
jammed her clothes and put her in the car.

Super dah dah tried to cheer her up dancing and wearing her bunny hat
and ballerina dress as we left the house, it stopped the crying.

A very shy laurel met the doctor who did agree she has a flat footing
and prescribed a sole insert to help (it's a problem she has on both
sides).

I had promised her ice cream for breakfast. But there are no shops
opened at 9 am! So she chose a hot dog!

And at 530 pm she was all smiles playing phone with a piece of Lego like toy ;)

What a day!

Princesa bella!

Last night before bed she asked if she could go to school wearing her
princess dress.

When I reminded her this morning she was so happy, twirling around the
room. Then as she arrived to school all her girl friends grabbed
dresses from the pretend play closet and it was a party!

Scoops!

Laurel and Jeff had salted vanilla and I had a saffron raisin ice cream cone.

Sooo good!

Back to normal!

Done one is back to normal. Done with that low grade fever stomach bug
And back at being her happy jolly routine fighting self!!!!

We found a sweet, fun and wonderful new sitter, Alma, who made the
picture composition to celebrate yesterday. :)
